1) Responsible for managing end to end deployment of Overall Huawei Account, for achieving PAT/PAC and FAC targets for timely project closure
2) Close coordination with customer for planning, monitoring and controlling project activities on daily basis.
1) Support to PM/RPM in OSP technical works on survey/design, implementation and acceptance;
2) Collect customer requirement regarding OSP work process, Organize subcontractor meeting and tutor subcontract\'s work with OSP supervisor in the field.
3) Guarantee the regional implementation team following the PIP, work process and quality standard;
4) Supervision of the contractor work to ensure the work is being implementing as per project planned and safety measures are follows.
1. Schedule all activities associated with assigned projects, update as required, and report potential problems/problem areas.
2. Daily follow and detail communication with site level engineer and subcontractors and get updated status of progress, Risk and bottle neck and update the internal report.
3. Maintain internal project database and reconcile the database with customer.
4. Defining the key milestone of projects and update timely.
5. Internal and customer project Progress meeting and present the latest status of Projects.
6. Update and evaluate the accuracy of the project forecast by assessing actual cost incurred and physical progress achieved for all phases of project.
7. Assists project manager in presentations/reports to the customer/company management
8. Consolidate data in the schedule and in project cost reports for project manager’s review and approval.
9. Prepare and update, on a regular basis, project cash flow forecasts.
10. Support Project Manager in contingency and change order management.
1. Collect VOC and summarize CTQ at early stage of the project to DQA.
2. Align Huawei Delivery standards with customer’s acceptance standards
3. Attend scheduled customer meetings (e.g. weekly project review meeting)
4. Organize Pilot site among customer, Huawei, and subcontractor
5. Organize the quality workshop with customer, and subcontractor
6. Assist DQA to set up the architecture of project quality management.
7. Output daily, weekly and monthly Site quality (SQ) report.
8. Responsible for site quality first pass rate.
9. Quality document (inspection reports) for hardware.
10. Track the issue improvement and close-loop management;
11. Identify training needs and organize training for subcontractors
12. Summarize quality issues and prepare weekly quality report to drive improvement
13. Establish feedback channel between project, customer, and subcontractor.
1. Reporting to Director Daily, Weekly, Monthly over all Predictions and progress of Telenor Power Swap Rollout Project.
2. Controlling the roll-out Site Design (TI & CW) Installations and resources cost with the ACCOUNT Manager within the approved budget.
3. Regular CONTACT with the counterparts (Vendor/ Service Provider) to discuss planning and helping sourcing with the feedback.
4. Pre- implementation visit SURVEY , approval, Validation of key important sites.
5. Prepares of project plans, follow-up and presentation. Leads appropriate teams for project development and implementation, prepare progress reports, including cost trends, etc., and submit to Management in a timely.
6. Interact in site meetings, which mainly relate to site-specific progress and quality issues. Proactively report on progress of site activities.
7. Time schedule: Managing and monitoring all the activities to achieve tight timescales for network launch
